It was decided to improve the services of the distributorship to our existing clients that LUBRICATION ENGINEERS INTERNATIONAL A.G. entered into a joint venture with
LE LUBRICANTS INC., a Philippine Company with effect from October 1st 2001, registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
